When i turn my computer on it starts to load windows normally but it frezzes up on the blue screen that says windows is starting up... i ran adware 2008 and removes all infections i also ran malwarebytes and avast anti virus. I ran all of these in safe mode (the only way windows will start up) is there a way to fix this.

Did you happen to add any new hardware (printers, keyboards, etc...) before it started? or install a new windows patch?

Try uninstalling it in safe mode and see if that fixes it.

You can try disabling all the startup items using the startup control panel:
http://computeradvice.mikebinns.net/startupItems.php
Once all are unchecked, reboot in normal mode and see if it starts up.
