My friend has tried despartely to try to join your helpdesk site and can't seem to at all. Can you please tell me what he needs to do to be able to correctly. He has checked his Spam/Junk Folder in his E-Mail and nothing is there at all along with his Inbox. After trying to register with his E-Mail address of 24ggirl@msn.com it tells him to check his E-Mail to click on to a link to verify this but there is nothing at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
I don't know if this may be the problem, but his E-Mail address of 24ggirl@msn.com was used on another site to send someone a message and they E-Mailed me back and told me the site could not accept any E-Mail address with a number in front of it and I'm thinking the same thing is going on with this as well in the helpdesk site which may be causing the problem he is experiencing with it. Hope this helps you out in trying to get my friend into your helpdesk site!!! Thanks again!!!
This may be a problem with the msn site. The only thing i could suggest is that he use a GMail address, as that allows you to go through all your spam properly (msn rejects a lot of email and you never see it).
