Hi, I want to send some pictures I took with my digital camera through email to a friend. It takes way to long when I attempt to send them, and I know I need to decrease the size of the photos. What is the easiest way to do this?

Click start->programs->accessories->paint. Click File->open, and find the file. Maximize the paint program and then click image->stretch and skew. Put 50% in for each of the top two values and click OK. Keep doing that until the picture fits the size of the screen. Then click file->save as and save it as a jpg file.
