Hi,
I just want to make my browser from IE7 to IE6.For tht i uninstalled IE7,then i restarted the system.Then i opened internet page and checked the IE versions.It automatically came to IE6.But in the add/remove programms i can able find that IE6.Then i downloaded the IE6 SP1 from site and tried to install,then it is showing a error message.what i have to do?

IE6 will probably not show up in your add/remove programs if you have Windows XP, as it came default with the operating system, but if it works then it is installed. You should go to http://www.windowsupdate.com and install all available updates (except obviously the IE7 update), and you should be all set.

ohh sorry...i mean to say "i am not able to find IE6".

Now my prblm got solved.Thanks for the help.According to you if we uninstall IE7,it will automatically come to IE6 and this IE6 wil not be seen it add/remove programms.Is my conclusion frm ur answer correct?.Hoping ur help in future also
