Web Service Extensions is a feature introduced with IIS6.

IIS6 shipped on:
- Windows Server 2003 32bit
- Windows Server 2003 64bit
- Windows XP Pro 64bit

It does not exist for IIS 5.1 on Windows XP Pro 32bit.

If you have .net installed, you can start asp.net by running the command: aspnet_regiis -enable
