Ok try start->run. type in "cmd", then type ipconfig. One of the items will be "default gateway". The ip will most likely be 192.168.1.1. Whatever it is, then type "ping x.x.x.x" using the IP of the default gateway. Copy the output into this window. Also, open up a web browser and go to https://x.x.x.x and see if a page loads. If not, try it also on http://x.x.x.x

What part of it says that it has internet connection? What part is saying it doesn't. Please be more specific with exactly what you are doing and what error messages you see if any.

it seems your computer is properly connecting to your local wireless router. The problem may be in your cable modem or dsl modem (depending on which one you have). You should reboot the modem, and then after about 30 seconds, reboot the wireless router.

I unplugged everything. Shut down everything. Rebooted acording to Charter. All computers get online fine with modem and router, except one. I have tried all your suggestions and nothing has helped. Thank you for all your time. I will continue to research this problem elsewhere. Thank you for all you time.
