Ok try start->run. type in "cmd", then type ipconfig. One of the items will be "default gateway". The ip will most likely be 192.168.1.1. Whatever it is, then type "ping x.x.x.x" using the IP of the default gateway. Copy the output into this window. Also, open up a web browser and go to
https://x.x.x.x and see if a page loads. If not, try it also on
http://x.x.x.x
